More Time on the Mat.
More Focus on What Matters.

This is not a camp that moves every athlete through the exact same plan. Sometimes a cheerleader simply needs more time on the mat, experienced coaching, and the opportunity to focus on the areas that will help them move forward.
That is the idea behind the Hit Zero Strategies Pop-Up Skills Camp, coming to North Crest Kids Activity Center in Sauk Rapids on Sunday, August 16, 2026. The camp is open to sideline and competitive cheerleaders ages 8–18 and will run from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Coaches are welcome to attend with their athletes. This could be a great opportunity to learn new skills or different skill concepts. (Some participation restrictions may apply to coaches attending with their teams)
A Camp Built Around the Athlete
Every cheerleader arrives with different experience, different goals, and different areas where a little extra training could make a big difference.
This camp provides a structured environment without making the day feel rigid or one-size-fits-all. Athletes will receive instruction, corrections, feedback, and support while spending meaningful time on the skills and progressions most relevant to them.
Cheerleaders will be grouped appropriately based on experience and skill level so they can train safely, stay challenged, and make productive use of their time. Some athletes may come ready for a fast-paced day of focused work. Others may be looking to improve confidence, clean up technique, or gain a better understanding of what they need to do next.
Both are welcome.
Come With a Group, a Partner, or on Your Own
Athletes are encouraged to attend in the way that best supports their goals.
A full stunt group can come together to strengthen routine skills and receive outside feedback. Partners can work on coed or single-base development. Individual athletes can attend on their own and train alongside cheerleaders from other teams.
No athlete needs to arrive with a group to benefit from the experience.
One of the best parts of a pop-up camp is the opportunity to step outside the normal practice routine, work with new people, and hear instruction from a different perspective. Sometimes one correction, one drill, or one successful repetition is enough to help something finally click.
Extra Training That Can Go Back to the Team
The goal is not simply to keep athletes busy for five hours.
Cheerleaders should leave camp with a better understanding of their technique, useful drills they can continue practicing, and clearer direction for their next progression. The training is designed to support what athletes are already doing with their teams, not replace it.
This makes the camp a strong option for athletes preparing for sideline season, working toward competitive routines, preparing for tryouts or choreography, or simply looking for additional development time before the season becomes busier.
Affordable, Focused, and Easy to Attend
Registration is $35 per athlete. A small lunch and water will be provided at 1:00 p.m. and are included in the camp fee.
Families experiencing financial barriers, as well as athletes traveling 60 miles or more to attend, are encouraged to contact Hit Zero Strategies to discuss available pricing options.
Coaches are also welcome to attend at no cost. Some participation restrictions may apply, but coaches can observe, learn new drills, and take ideas back to their own programs.
